The Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment is a questionnaire designed to measure how people perceive the world and make decisions. As many as 1.5 million assessments are administered annually to individuals, including to employees of most Fortune 500 companies. This assessment is used by executives both when hiring individuals and improving teamwork in a company. Additionally, this assessment is useful in helping individuals to have a better understanding of themselves and their career choices.
DiSC
The D.I.S.C. personality report or inventory looks at four major behavioral styles, each with a very distinct and predictable pattern of behavior. It is used in corporate and business situations and can lead to professional and personal insights. Understanding the DISC patterns has empowered millions internationally to better understand themselves and others. DISC is used for personal growth and development, training, coaching and managing of individuals, groups, teams, and organizations.
EQ testing (Emotional Quotient)
This test looks at the ability of an individual to perceive emotion, integrate emotion to facilitate thought, understand emotions and to regulate emotions to promote personal growth. It is an advanced assessment administered to executives to help them understand their level of Emotional Intelligence. Understanding ones EQ empowers executives to build on their strengths to become better leaders

Getting to Understand your Employees and Facilitate Teamwork
This leadership program training course includes a complete training on understanding different personalities and is based on the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator© instrument. This training will give Managers a comprehensive understanding of different personalities and how they play out in the workplace. In addition participants will learn to use this knowledge to hire and retain appropriate employees. Techniques to improve communication and enhance teamwork will also be discussed.
How to be an Effective Manager and Communicator
This course is based on the internationally recognized course of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and is presented by a certified presenter. This course will cover the skills necessary to become and effective and dynamic person. Fundamentals of collaboration and problem solving will be discussed. Some of the skills that will be covered include active listening, mutual benefits to keep everyone happy and mutual understanding to promote successful business growth. This course will transform both your business and personal life.
How to Deal with Emotions in the Workplace and Make Better Decisions
This leadership program training course is based on the work of Martin Seligman and Edward De Bono. Participants will examine the methods that can be used to overcome adversity and how to use constructive thought processes to effect positive change and attitudes in the workplace. In addition, this course will discuss emotions in the workplace and how they can be used effectively to enhance personal and business growth. Emphasize will be placed on developing critical thinking skills for better leadership. Participants will learn how to use constructive, creative and perceptual thinking to enable new ways of looking at old problems.
Leadership and Entrepreneurial Training
This course is based on the work of Roy Cammarano and will discuss how to become an effective leader. Whether your business is in the start-up phase or has been around for many years, Roy Cammarano’s approach provides the tools and solutions needed to create effective organizational structure. This leadership course will help entrepreneurs and business leaders to acquire the skills they need personally so they can, in turn, apply those skills professionally. Participants will learn how to become visionary leaders and build companies that communicate, cooperate and collaborate. In addition attention will be given on how to create purpose-driven organizations that achieve goals, meet objectives and provide satisfaction for owners, employees and customers alike.
